Gold Coast Light Rail

Stage 1 of the Gold Coast light rail project was completed in 2014. It was a $1.2billion project funded in partnership by the Federal Government, Department of Transport and Main Roads and City of Gold Coast. It was delivered as a public private partnership by Goldlinq.

Urban design leadership was provided in relation to the design of stations, bridges, streetscapes, wayfinding, signage and public art in conjunction with feasibility studies on catalyst sites. This included working within a public private partnership contractual environment through request for proposals, design, construction and handover stages.
