The business case consolidated detailed CAPEX and OPEX inputs, a full cost‑benefit assessment, and lessons from leading Australian and international action‑sports facilities, concluding that the Hub can become a sustainable, high‑impact asset for the city in the lead‑up to LA28 and Brisbane 2032.
