Better Cities worked with Logan City Council to develop its 2032 Olympic Roadmap by translating the opportunities of the Brisbane Games into a clear, locally grounded strategy that reflects Logan’s strengths, aspirations and community priorities.

The scope combined analysis of precincts, transport networks, economic and industry development potential, visitor economy opportunities, and social and cultural legacy pathways, alongside engagement with Council teams.

Through workshops, targeted interviews and cross‑department collaboration, Better Cities Group identified where Logan can play a meaningful role before, during and after the Games, shaping a roadmap that outlines priority projects, enabling infrastructure, partnership models and activation opportunities to ensure the 2032 Olympics delivers long‑term benefits for Logan’s communities and economy.
